- Refunds for Services: Refunds for services are only issued if:

- You notify us within the stated time about your dissatisfaction and have not received a satisfactory resolution through a re-service.
Product Refunds and Returns
- Return Eligibility: We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in their original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Ship the product back to us at the address provided with your RMA number and receipt.

- Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange an item instead of returning it, please inform us during the return process. We will assist you with the exchange.
